A: I have used my MB-T03 as a clamp on to 144mm diameter lenses. You can take the swing away rail mount attachment off with Allen keys. Just don't loose the screws if you want to reattach the rail mount!

The Tilta 4 x 4" Carbon Fiber Matte Box includes a 15mm rod mount that could attach to your Cage or Baseplate that supports rod mounting.
