Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Looks like the box dimensions are smaller than the page size. What size are the refill pages? I'm looking for 3-photo refill pages (with memo) for a 13" x 10" album

A: Page dimensions: 13-1/2" x 9-1/4"

Q: 2. When would be the expiry date?

A: Generally, the expiration date can be up to one year from now. However, we are unable to provide an exact date.

Q: 3. I'm considering these for my Mom. She wanted some theater glasses stronger than normal. Are these too big to fit into an evening or small purse and/or do you know if they come with a cord or anything to go around the neck? Any other items you recommend I buy along with these?

A: My Mom likes hers. They are approximately 4.5 x 2.75 when opened up, and the barrels are 1.75 at their beltline. The bag they travel in is 4.5 x 6 when laid flat. I don't think there was a chain, but we got a matching brass chain. So they are very nice opera glasses, stronger than the usual glasses. One thing, we had to put a little bit of medium thread lock on the set screw to keep it from working loose--easily done. Can't think of any other accessories that would be needed.

Q: 4. Celestron says “ Never use this filter if your camera has an optical viewfinder.” Does that mean to not use it on a Nikon D500?

A: Because the Nikon D500 viewfinder is looking through the lens that is filtered, it is safe to use the Celestron EclipSmart Universal Solar Filter for Optics 75mm to 100mm with your camera.

Q: 5. Could I put this on a Micro 4/3rds camera w/Flip out OLED display (and telephoto lens)??

A: The Celestron EclipSmart Universal Solar Filter for Optics 75mm to 100mm, is technically too big a filter for most Micro Four Thirds camera lenses. If you had a lens that was as big as 62mm- 72mm filter mount , you could use the Celestron EclipSmart Universal Solar Filter for Optics 75mm to 100mm.You may need to use some gaffers tape to keep it in place.

Q: 6. May I know the expiration date

A: Our current batch of Kodak Professional Gold 200 Color Negative Film (120 Roll Film, 5-Pack) has the following expiration date: February 2025.

Q: 7. Could I put this on a Micro 4/3rds camera w/Flip out OLED display (and telephoto lens)??

A: The Celestron EclipSmart Universal Solar Filter for Optics 75mm to 100mm will fit on the front of the lens as long as your lens is between 75mm and 100mm in outside diameter. The filter would not be near the camera so it would not affect the use of the a flip screen.

Q: 8. Can I use this on a Nikkor 200-500mm lens on a Nikon Z6?

A: The outside diameter of the Nikon 200-500mm lens is too large to fit the Celestron filter. You can use this Haida instead: https://bhpho.to/38vHAQw

Q: 9. What is the interpupillary range? Thank you!

A: Sorry La Scala only list these specifications: LaScala Optics LSI03 Specs Magnification 3x Objective Lens Diameter 25 mm Angle of View 11.2° Minimum Focus Distance 6' / 1.8 m Focus Type Center Battery None Dimensions 4.5 x 2.3 x 2.1" / 11.4 x 5.8 x 5.3 cm Weight 7 oz / 198.5 g Package Weight 0.505 lb Box Dimensions (LxWxH) 5.6 x 3.2 x 2.05"

Q: 10. Will this work with DJI Mavic air 2? From an iPad Pro 12.9

A: This can be used with a tablet for viewing your DJI GO4 app, but an HDMI to USB-C cable is required to connect your tablet to the Epson Moverio BT-35E Smart Glasses.

They're inexpensive and work just fine. (Too bad we're getting cloud cover during the eclipse!)

B & H Optical is a legendary source for many types of cameras and fine instruments. I did not order anything elaborate this time, but I am confident in the quality of my item. I lived around the corner from them in Manhattan and loved visiting the store for my wish list!

B & H ships quickly. Their items are properly packed. This is a reliable, knowledgeable source for fine optical equipment!

I order 7 pairs for my family. Then I ordered 200 pairs for a few Senior Centers in the area. Then I ordered 200 more pairs because there was such a demand for them in the Senior Community. B&H made getting these so easy and fast. Not only did you make my family and me very happy with the quality of the product. B&H also made 400 Senior Citizens, who may not have had the accessibility to get glasses, very happy for this once in a lifetime event.
Thank you for being the best!

These are very well and properly built, and I hope I get to pass them over to other people for the next eclipse via a charity system. They worked amazingly well and came in clutch to watch the all inspiring eclipse.

These appear to be sturdy, NASA quality glasses that arrived in good time. We prepared shields for younger children to view the coming eclipse. All going to elementary school.

These worked great for the 2023 eclipse and we can't wait to use them again for the 2024 event. We plan to order more from B&H if we ever need any more
