The Oben QR-44 Arca-Type Quick Release Plate is designed to mount onto the MVH-4490 Mini Video Head for efficient transitioning from handheld to stabilized shooting. It features a 1/4"-20 camera mounting screw and integrated safety pins to prevent your camera from sliding off the video head. Rubber pads create an anti-twist, scratchproof mounting surface. The plate is constructed of metal for a durable yet lightweight form factor.

A: The monopod does not take a plate, there is no head on the monopod. The monopod screws directly into a camera or lens collar.

A: The monopod does not have a qr system, no plate is needed. The monopod screws directly to a camera or lens foot.

A: Magnus TR-13 tripod has an arca clamp and the Oben QR-10 Quick Release Plate is also arca type so it will work.

I purchased an extra QR-20 Quick Release to use with a larger telephoto lens so I wouldn't have to remove the one from my camera. It works well and saves me time. It attaches the lens solidly to the ball head. 5

I recently purchased a nice tripod - Oben CT 3250 carbon fiber. It's a very nice tripod but the release plate required using an allen wrench to attach the camera. I immediately swapped it out for this one because no tools are required! 5
