Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. What charger should I use to charge the handwheel? Is it possible to damage the equipment if using a higher volt charger like those using for fast charging on phones?

A: The product linked below will be able to charge the handwheel: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1448096-REG/iessentials_ie_4pk_micro_4_piece_micro_kit.html

Q: 2. will this support a full size Ronin? How are the weight limits? thanks

A: The Elastix Support System is designed specifically fro the CAME-Argo and may not work with other gimbals. CAME-TV even offers this in a kit with the ARGO. We do not advise purchasing this product for use with a DJI Ronin. We suggest the Steadicam Steadimate 15, which is a support system designed for stabilizers like the DJI Ronin.

Q: 3. What is the max amp draw on this?

A: Came-TV says the CAME-TV Uninterruptible Power Supply Dual V-Mount Battery Plate is designed to work with 14.4v batteries.

Q: 4. How can you charge the motor if it uses a D-TAP male as the end of the charging cable?

A: The D-tap port of a battery recognizes the cable and will output power through the cable to the motor.

Q: 5. Will this work with TRIGYN Gear AC Adapter to Arri Standard 2-Pin Lemo Power Cable?

A: It will not as this does not have a 2-Pin Lemo Connection. This system has a 2.1mm barrel for power.

Q: 6. Is the V-Mount Camp (shown in the Images) included?

A: No, the CAME-TV 48V Power Station with Dual V-Mount Battery Plates does not come with the V mount clamp.

Q: 7. What size/style tripods will fit on this dolly?

A: The skater dolly piece is a fairly standard tripod dolly and will accept most standard tripods. The manufacturer does not publish a weight capacity on the tracks or the dolly piece, however.

Q: 8. Is the balancing peg interchangeable?

A: No, the CAME-TV Docking Plate for Video Stabilizer System silver docking pin can not be removed.

Q: 9. Is this docking plate compatible with a C-stand 5/8" stud?

A: Yes it is, we recommend the Impact Turtle Base C-Stand - 10.75' (Chrome), B&H # IMLSCT40M, with this docking station. https://bhpho.to/2vfUjp4

Q: 10. Can you buy like 3 of these for 3 different cameras and monitor them all on one screen (i.e. the Lilliput A12) or is there a wireless interruption between multiple?

A: This product uses a frequency range between 5.18 to 5.8 GHz. It is possible, but this will depend on if you can find three free frequencies in your area to operate 3 sets.
