A: During testing, I was able to fit the A7III and A7IV inside the Lowepro ProTactic Utility Bag 100AW with the 24-105mm f/4 attached (w/o lens hood) without having to dismount the lens. It does fit quite snug either laterally or vertically though, so you'd have to be careful not to drop or bang it against something, as it's quite tight and might not do much against impact absorption.
