A: I had a similar problem when I got mine. The matte box should come with a 19mm bracket that you can switch out for the 15mm. Once I did that and got a dovetail and bridge plate from wooden camera and it seemed to work fine. I was a little annoyed at this when I first got it as well but there are solutions for it...means you have to spend a little more money but I wanted a brigeplt and dovetail anyway.
