I love this printer. It's fast and doesn't jam occasionally like my old printer.
Also the laser printer cartridges don't need frequent replacement, so its easy on the maintenance.
Only had it for 2 months but I'm already in love with it.

This color printer replaced my old B&W printer that was long in service (over 10 years.) It wouldn't always print, even after rebooting, eventually it would. Decided it had to go. After internet serches, I decided this color printer would meet my needs. So far it has worked, & others even appreciate the color over the B&W. Costs more, but worth it. The only exception would be if all of your printing was B&W even in color, then a dedicated B&W would be in order. So far this printer has been flawless.

I'm a recently retired graphic artist. For 25+ years I've had a near press-quality printer with tabloid and 2-sided capability that was superb for the color rendition I needed, so I am a little spoiled.
Even in retirement, I wanted to have good color and resolution, just in case; I could live without tabloid size because the mockups I loved creating are a thing of the past....
I researched options again and again for months and finally decided on this printer, which is incredibly less expensive than what I was using, and also very nicely smaller. Even for a technophobe like me, set up was easy and wifi worked as promised - no problems at all like those some other reviewers have related.
The only negative I see is the cost of the toner (one replacement set is roughly the cost of the printer!), but so far I'm still on the original cartridges so I don't really know how that will play out.
I do have some issues with 2-sided printing and have contacted customer support about this, but I think it is due to the old OS and software I'm using. (I haven't upgraded so that I can still amend old files my clients might request.) When I print from current online sources, the 2-sided feature works fine.
Lastly, this printer is SO QUIET. I love that. I leave it on all the time so that others in the house can print from their devices. Even when it cranks up to print, it's quiet.

Great Printer - was easy to setup and use - even the networking :) Works well for our group of 10.

I have probably purchased 15 printers over the course of my life and I have never had one that was so easy to setup. It basically installs itself. It’s fast. The color is great. We have since bought another machine just like it for our church.

It worked out of the box. I had no problems getting it on-line. Does what I need it to do. I just wish the consumables weren't so expensive. That is my complaint with every color printer.

I read all the reviews on printers, all having their favorites. PC magazine rated this model as best value. I am very pleased.

Read the complaints about setup on the MAC. All you have to do is read the instructions, install the special driver on the DVD, do the setup, pick the installed driver and you are in business. People who are too lazy to read will always have problems unless the item is idiot proof.

I have a family of 5. The one thing i look for is that a product works seamlessly. The last thing i want to do be is be the IT person for the house. Especially when i am not at home. So one of the most important features i look for is easy of use. If a product has the best bells and whistles, but it is difficult to work with on all the many devices in the house - i am not interested. This printer delivered the seamlessness and features i needed for my household.

Read all the reviews pro and con regarding this printer. For the negative reviews using this printer with a Mac, all you have to do is read the instructions, download the driver, setup and run. Absolutely no problems...print quality is excellent and speed of print is good. Very satisfied.

Printer was way to set up and works great for all my needs.
