First time shopper with B&H. Hard Drive was well packaged with extra bubble wrap around the Toshiba box. I added the hard drive to my Synology system. It was recognized and began rebuilding. I purchased this for the 5 year warranty. 5

As usual with B&H, quick delivery, the hard drive installed into my enclosure with no issue and, so for, has been running with no issues. 5
