The Impression V 100N filter is a rear filter designed for ARRI Signature prime or zoom lenses, and it quickly installs via convenient magnets on the rear of the lens. A: The halogen lights get hot and will melt the gels. The easiest solution to your problem would be to mount the gels at a safe distance from the lights thereby retaining safety and airflow around the lights themselves. We use a separate stand and a jury-rigged system to hold the gels in place.
