The 46.85 x 23.43 x 0.39" brown Vicoustic VicWallpaper VMT is a revolutionary new way of acoustic and thermal isolation, for residential and commercial applications. A: It is not recommended. This should only be used with a direct connection to a computer.

Q: 2. Have anyone tested this unit to work with Black Magic Design's ATEM?

A: The bitfocus.io companion software says it allows the Stream Deck to work with many third party applications, including BlackMagic ATEM. It's not my software so I can't say for sure. Doesn't look like I can link to it but if you Google bitfocus.io companion you should be able to find it.

Q: 3. Does the Stream Deck work if the computer is offline?

A: The Stream Deck XL can be used offline, as it is just a programmable control surface.

Q: 4. Can the Stream Deck Mini switch between internal MacBook Pro camera and a camera running through a Magewell HDMI Capture? Goal is act as a camera switcher for webinars.

A: If you use a program like OBS, you could set a switch between the 2 cameras. The Elgato Stream Deck can then command those functions. So yes, you would be able to use this function and many others.

Q: 5. is it USB C, or B, and if it is "C" will it work with an adapter? I don't have any more type C's left on my computer. Thanks

A: yes you will be able to use an adapter or swap the USB cable

Q: 6. Are there any cheaper stands that have antislip hardware and also mount to a C stand like this one does?

A: BH #OBTLSP1614 would be one alternative.

Q: 7. USB extension

A: It will work, although the manufacturer does not recommend using any additional cabling (than the one provided) and they advise to use a direct connection (no USB hubs) for reliable performance.

Q: 8. Will this product work in conjunction with the Roland V1 HD as a unit to offer additional control in OBS?

A: It appears that the Elgato Streamdeck is unable to control the Roland V1 HD, but you shouldn't have any problems using them at the same time.

Q: 9. How many camera and audio inputs does this have? I need to connect two cameras.

A: The Elgato Stream Deck XL does not have any inputs to connect cameras. It is not a video switcher. The Stream Deck XL connects to a computer via USB to control other software applications and video switchers that are networked to the computer like the Black Magic Atem Mini Pro models. Two examples with HDMI ports ( Also available with SDI ports) are BH #BLSWATEMMP ( 4 inputs) or B&H # BLATEMME ( 8 inputs)

Q: 10. Can I use this to store additional presets on a PTZ controller, specifically the Panasonic AW-RP60?

A: This controller requires a Windows or Mac platform.

I was in Canada and got the MK.1 Best Buy, Kamloops after Christmas last year. And I been amazed how powerful this device is. You are able to do basically everything to control your computer, stream and games and is really good quality. I currently have this mounted to my simulation racing rig and it matches so well with my rig. So glad i got one. most definitely be looking at the other products. 5

I bought this to simplify our streaming workflow. Now, the person running the A/V for the day can simply hit a button to start streaming to YouTube (and another hit to stop the stream). Hard to mess that up! Very cool product. 5

This is the best it makes streaming so much easier and everything is just right at my finger tip0s. No longer will I have 50 hotkeys that interfere with my gaming I also love the soundboard I troll my friends all the time. 5

I started out using only Stream Deck Mobile on hardware that isn't officially supported (Amazon Fire 7)... it worked well enough to get me to take the plunge and get two hardware Stream Deck 15-key units. I have zero regrets. These things have so much capability and future potential that I can't imagine trying to do anything without them. 5

I use this as a computer game hotkey tool. So, for those games with a tremendous amount of controls, the Stream Deck was an almost perfect solution (almost, because I NEED MORE BUTTONS). It is very easy to program to run macros and any other control sequence you want. Its ability to use custom icons behind the switches really makes the difference. No more taping little pictures and labels to my keyboard; you can simply create a custom icon with their free tool and then you have a real switch panel for your sims. Thank you ElGato.. .Please PLEASE make one with more buttons!!! I need MORE!!! 5

What a smart, easy to use, excellent device that gets me through repetitive tasks so much easier. Not sure what took me so long to take the plunge and get one. But I feel silly for not doing it earlier -- it's that good! 5
