A: No, the Matthews Floppy Flag (Top Hinge, 40 x 40") does not come with a bag. However, we sell the Matthews Zippered Flag Bag (40 x 40") which works great.

A: Savage does not list the support weight of the Savage Rolling Base. It is made for a c stand column and most of can support up to 22lb. I would not go over that. And better to not put over 18lb .
