For Linux users and developers, open source drivers are available from the usual repositories. The included breakout cable has connections for Composite BNC and S-video, and a supplied adapter enables the connection of an RCA composite source. Q: 1. It's working correctly with Quicktime and Zoom, but not Scopebox. Is there a driver or anything else which will help?

A: The Kondor Blue HDMI to USB-C Capture Card for Live Streaming Video & Audio does require optional drivers. It is UVC compliant. I received my unit from Osprey in May 17 for Beta testing and didn't expect too much being a prototype. It's been working flawless ever since. Our device is used in class rooms for video capture and live streaming to YouTube (on MAC and Windows). We run it in manual mode with 640x360 30fps output. Featuring a manual mode is a big plus as it allows the students to switch between video capture software's and the output is guaranteed to be 640x360 at all times. We have tried some other devices as well but experienced a lot of problems with embedded HDMI Audio. This device just works and best of all it is assembled right here in USA at a lower price than most other professional USB capture devices. Will buy more shortly.
