Compact, portable, and fully-adjustable, the Cambo ACTUS-MV View Camera Body is compatible with digital backs as well as mirrorless and DSLR camera bodies. Designed to offer all the movements a studio photographer requires, the front and rear standards provide generous and precisely geared movements for rise, fall, and shift application. Additionally, when working with an inclined rail, tilting both the front and rear standards allows you to restore perpendicularity when desired. To position the focus plane, the front standard offers swing and tilt movements in extremely small increments, and a similar mechanism at the rear of the camera body allows for fine focusing. Meanwhile, friction knobs on the left side of the camera can be tightened for unintended camera movements on the rail.
The base configuration of a ACTUS-MV consists of a monorail, front assembly without lensplate, and a rear frame which accepts a camera bayonet holder or digital back frame. Optional bellows can then be added depending on the application.

Related Questions and Answers
Q: 1. Does the product come in a hard case, for easy transport?
A: The product does not include any case other than the retail box it comes in.
Q: 2. Along with a Nikon D810 I also have a Pentax 645Z system with a 120mm f4 medium format lens. Will this combination work together?
A: You can use your Nikon D810 with the 120mm lens if you use Cambo ACB-P645. There isn't a bayonet available to mount the Pentax 645Z body to the Actus. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1131846-REG/cambo_99070719_lensplate_with_pentax_645_lens.html
Q: 3. Can I rotate the X1D body from horizontal to vertical without separating it from the system?
A: Yes. The Cambo Actus-XCD has a rotating Bayonet system. When mounted it is possible to change the orientation of the camera without removing it.
Q: 4. How much shift can I expect using a Sony A7R II with an E-mount Otus 55mm?
A: You cannot use a Sony on this product. There is no bayonet mount available for it.
Q: 5. What's the smallest these bellows can compress? I'm curious if I can achieve infinity focus with them.
A: If the Cambo AC-214 Long Bellows for ACTUS is fully compressed, it will create a space of 20mm between the lens and the camera.
Q: 6. which v-mount lenses is for macro and which one for wideangle photography i have nikon d800e please advice me for lenses and bellows?
A: The standard set of Actus Bellows should be perfect for you and your Nikon when using the Actus with the Hasselblad V lens-plate.
Q: 7. How does product compare to using a Nikon 85mm Tilt/shift pce lens on a Nikon D810?
A: Using the Actus system allows you to do several movements with the front and rear standard simultaneously. With the 85mm Tilt/Shift you are limited to Tilt or Shift.
Q: 8. What is the shortest focal length lens that can be used with the ACTUS-B6 (Sony E-mount) that will focus at infinity with the bellows contracted?
A: With the standard bellows the Cambo Actar 24mm is the most common, widest angle lens, that will allow for infinity focus with that combination.
Q: 9. I would like to use the Cambo B-4 with a Nikon Z7 Mirrorless Camera to photograph architecture. What lenses would I need to have infinity focus and have the whole sensor of the camera covered? Thanks
A: If you’d like to use a mirrorless Nikon on the Actus, you need the Actus-G combined with Nikon Z bayonet. The Actus-B4 is for use with Nikon DSLR cameras. The Actar-24 is designed to cover the full sensor and more. You’ll have 10mm of shift to both sides. Physically more, but beyond 10 the quality deteriorates. The Actar-35 is also a good option, but this lens is a retrofit, meaning the client needs to send in his lens to us and we rebuild it. Nikon F lenses can also be used on the Actus/Nikon-Z combination. There won’t be any limitations in focussing to infinity, but in general the image circle of these lenses is too small to be of any use.
Q: 10. I want to upgrade my d800 for architechture and macro photography, I own a nikkor 14mm 2.8, 20mm 2.8, 24mm 2.0, 28mm 2.8 and a 35mm 1.4 for architechture and a macro 60mm 2.8 and the 105mm micro for macro photography. Will theese lenses cover the whole sensor in the d800 for both cases?
A: None of those lenses will focus properly when using a Nikon body. Because this system introduces a bellows in between the lens and the camera body those lenses will not sit at the correct point for infinity focus.Instead I can recommend (with the appropriate lens board):Hassleblad V lenses Legacy Mamiya RZ/RB LensesLarge Format lenses 90mm and longer.
