Q: 1. I want to upgrade my d800 for architechture and macro photography, I own a nikkor 14mm 2.8, 20mm 2.8, 24mm 2.0, 28mm 2.8 and a 35mm 1.4 for architechture and a macro 60mm 2.8 and the 105mm micro for macro photography. Will theese lenses cover the whole sensor in the d800 for both cases?

A: None of those lenses will focus properly when using a Nikon body. Because this system introduces a bellows in between the lens and the camera body those lenses will not sit at the correct point for infinity focus.Instead I can recommend (with the appropriate lens board):Hassleblad V lenses Legacy Mamiya RZ/RB LensesLarge Format lenses 90mm and longer.

Q: 2. which v-mount lenses is for macro and which one for wideangle photography i have nikon d800e please advice me for lenses and bellows?

A: The standard set of Actus Bellows should be perfect for you and your Nikon when using the Actus with the Hasselblad V lens-plate.

Q: 3. I think this is answered below but just to be sure, using this with a Mamiya (RZ67) 50mm ULD l& 110 mm lens would allow infinity focus correct?

A: This adapter would be required for use with a Mamiya RZ/RB lens mount: https://bhpho.to/3RGBJhv and infinity focus is possible depending on the position of the bellows.

Q: 4. Can the shutter within the lens be used?

A: No, the shutter must be in the cocked position in order to be used with this lens board. There is no way to cock or fire the shutter from this lens board.

Q: 5. Would a Full Frame Canon lens be enough coverage for a super 35/ APS-C sensor size?

A: A Canon lens designed for a full-frame sensor will cover an APS-C size sensor.

Q: 6. I would like to use the Cambo B-4 with a Nikon Z7 Mirrorless Camera to photograph architecture. What lenses would I need to have infinity focus and have the whole sensor of the camera covered? Thanks

A: If you’d like to use a mirrorless Nikon on the Actus, you need the Actus-G combined with Nikon Z bayonet. The Actus-B4 is for use with Nikon DSLR cameras. The Actar-24 is designed to cover the full sensor and more. You’ll have 10mm of shift to both sides. Physically more, but beyond 10 the quality deteriorates. The Actar-35 is also a good option, but this lens is a retrofit, meaning the client needs to send in his lens to us and we rebuild it. Nikon F lenses can also be used on the Actus/Nikon-Z combination. There won’t be any limitations in focussing to infinity, but in general the image circle of these lenses is too small to be of any use.

Q: 7. All of this work with xcd lenses?

A: Actus-XCD cannot work with the Hasselblad XCD lenses at this time. The lenses themselves are unable to be controlled when not connected to the camera body, and if used with a Hasselblad X1D body would result in the bellows acting as a series of extension tubes and not the intended perspective control method.

Q: 8. Does this lensplate will work also with nikon PC-E lenses (new and old)?

A: The Cambo ACB-NF Lensplate with Nikon F Bayonet Mount (Black) is compatible with Nikon PC-E F-mount Lenses.

Q: 9. Does this work with the Nikon D810 ?

A: Yes, this is compatible with the Nikon D810.

Q: 10. Which of the following lenses would work with this body. I would use a Nikon D800 camera with it.Rodenstock Grandagon-N 75 mm f/4.5 .Rodenstock Grandagon-N 90 mm f/6.8 Rodenstock Apo-Sironar-S 150 mm f/5.6 Nikon Nikkor-w 210 mm f/5.6Fujinon Compact 300 mm f/8.5??

A: This camera is compatible with a variety of ACTUS-B lensplates.
