The nXe Series NXE8002 2-Channel 800W Power Amplifier with Programmable Outputs & Ethernet Control from Ashly is a Class-D switching amplifier combined with a switch mode power supply. This amplifier meets the requirements of demanding live sound and fixed installation sound systems in stadiums, arenas, performance venues, worship spaces, and convention centers.

The rear panel has DIP switches for programming each channel output for either High-Z or Low-Z operation. This amplifier can be connected to a network with Ethernet control and features serial data control, aux preamp outputs, instant standby mode, preset recall, fault condition logic outputs, and optional network audio and digital audio capability, all controlled using the Protea Software Suite (not included).

A: I use this amp as a talk-back and monitor amp driving 2 JBL P60 speakers and it has plenty of power. I don't know if it would drive a sub-woofer. It all depends on the size and wattage of the Bose I guess. If it's over 250W it might not do the job.

Q: 2. Would this amp work for the famous studio monitors Yamaha ns-10m???? They are 50watts max and 8 ohms... the recommendation on the vintage Ampsthat were used back then have similar specs to this but I'm not sure if this would blow them out.... hope yall can help....

A: I would not use this amp to power speakers listed with a 50 watt max.

A: The Yamaha PX8 is made primarily for live sound reinforcement. In that environment, you would not hear the cooling fans in the PX8 amplifier.

A: You can as long as it's able to handle the wattage. In this case it would be 100w per channel.

Q: 10. Would this amp be able to power a 70v speaker like the Atlas FAP43TW?

A: This amp will not power 70 volt speakers, but the Pyle Pro PT720A 1000W Peak Hybrid Amplifier with AM/FM Tuner, BH #PYPT720A does have a 70 volt output.
