The set includes an ND16, an ND64, and an ND256 filter to cut light hitting your sensor from 4 to 8 f-stops. The included circular polarizer filter reduces unwanted reflections from surfaces like water and snow. I am upgrading from a pair of old Nikon F's to a Nikon DSLR. The venerable F's used 50mm filters and I had an old 50mm filter wrench just like these. This is the sort of thing that sits in your camera bag for years until one day you can't remove the existing filter. For the price, it's best to have them when you need them. 5

I haven't had to use these yet on stuck filters and hope I never have too but just in case these are a real piece of mind set of tools to have in my camera bag. I had a tight filter on a trip to Yellowstone this fall and luckily got it off without any tools. It would have been a real bummer to have that filter stuck on one of my favourite lenses for the rest of that trip.After I bought these I tried one of the wrenches just to see how well it worked and it seemed to grip the filter just fine. 5

I have 4 of these and have them located in several areas because you never know where you will be when you have to have one of these to unscrew a stuck filter. Located in my photo vest, camera gear back pack, car, and of course on my photo desk. Don't leave home without it! 5

I was able to safely and quickly remove a polarizing filter from a UV filter with minimal effort. The filters were permanently stuck together and I seriously considered simply buying new filters to replace these. The polarizing filter had a separate swivel which maded it more difficult to get a grip on. The filter wrench was an excellent buy. 5

Not being able to remove your polarizing filter quickly is dreadful! The polarizing filter is turning, but doesn't have enough edge to grip and remove! These wrenches are absolutely the trick! So simple, so inexpensive, and THEY WORK! Lightweight, so no added weight to your bag. 5
