It does not have AC power prongs bilt into the unit. If you require AC charging with this battery charger, you would have to purchase the Ricoh K-AC166U AC Adapter Kit, B&H # RIKAC166U. If you need an AC charger, you may instead purchase the Ricoh BJ-11 Battery Charger, B&H # RIBJ11.

A: The unit consists of two separate parts. The adapter that attaches around the camera lens and the hood that attaches to the adapter. The adapter has threads that can be seen the B&H product image and that is where the 49mm filters is attached.

A lot's been written about this camera, and I don't have much new to add. I've had it a few weeks only, but I've found that the resolution is as described, i.e. very good, comparable to Fuji x-series cameras. High ISO performance (I've only used up to 6400) is excellent. Lightroom quickly recognized the DNG files. In Lightroom, the lens profile is not automatically enabled for raw files, so this has to be done individually as you edit the images. The pinpoint focus window is quite small, so you must search for an area of sufficient contrast to get accurate focus. I use the larger central window now most of the time. Not interested in snap focus. Facial recognition focusing is very good. Overall I believe this is an excellent camera. Superb performance in a very small package. Nothing really comparable on the market as far as I know. 5

I took a chance and purchased the Ricoh GR iiix urban hoping to regenerize my interest in photography. I'm still getting used to the menu's and settings. So far, so good. Love the fast startup, snap focus and one hand shooting, but still deciding on my final set up and/or goto presets. And, even though it's early, I'm pretty darn excited about where this camera will take me. 5

This evening I snapped a handheld HDR RAW pano and processed it in LRC. I was stunned by the IQ. Lightroom of course does some amazing stitching magic but the optics and sensor combination of the Ricoh produce images that will not disappoint. Bravo Ricoh. 5

Ill keep it short my first Camera, and decided on this as phones don't seem to cut it for quality and ultimate control of images, and this Ricoh exemplifies the idea of 'What is the best Camera?' - The one you carry with you The perfect street Camera. I've been shooting with this camera for a few weeks and exceeds my expectations. I needed a pocket camera different to my phone for the best possible quality and the Ricoh GR IIIx has it. Great colors, really sharp images, the RAW files are very good for editing in Lightroom and for it size, feels really good in-hand. Also the 40 mm equivalent lens is perfect for almost everything, portrait, Street, landscape. The price is high but it worth! 5

I pondered for a while before buying this camera and since then, have no regrets buying this compact camera. The photos are great, has good resolution and little noise. The snap focus is useful for quick snaps literally. All these in a small and compact body which I can bring it anywhere with me. 5
