A: Yes, I've bought two of these, and you can use the on-camera one to trigger the off-camera one - that's not an answer from the spec sheet, I've tried it. (You can use master-slave triggering, or wireless triggering because the flash is actually able to send the wireless trigger signal itself - i.e., you don't need a separate trigger unit if that's what you are asking.)

Q: 9. This Flash YN560-IV is compatible with Sony A58?

A: Sony made many of their DSLRs with the non-standard hotshoe. For off-camera use, this flash will work fine. I had a student with a Sony and he had to get an adapter (which was about 12.00) in order for his Yongnuo to work ON the camera. Good luck !!
