Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. can it play MP3's?

A: The Roland Fantom-07 76-Key Music Workstation Keyboard cannot play MP3s directly from it. However, this keyboard does have audio inputs where you can connect a music player or other sound source to play MP3s from.

Q: 2. Is this compatible with any arca plate or Fuji arca grip plate? Or do you have to use their arca plates only?

A: Since the Sirui KS-20 Low Gravity QR Ball Head uses a lever to tighten the plate onto the clamp, the plate needs to be exact in order to offer a perfect connection. Any small change in the size or angle of the lip of the plate may not allow the plate to be held perfectly onto the clamp. Therefore, we recommend only using the Sirui plate that comes with the head or a Sirui plate made specifically for this head in order for the plate to be 100% secure onto the clamp.

Q: 3. Will the L3C stand work with a PSR-E253 YPT-255 keyboard?

Q: 4. Does this fit a Yamaha PSR-EW310 workstation?

Q: 6. Hi I have an old Roland KC-150 4-CH mixing keyboard amplifier. Will this amplifier work with the BK-3? If so, with what cords?

A: Yes, the KC-150 will be compatible with the Roland BK-3 61-key Backing Keyboard (Black). You will need a dual-1/4" TS to dual-1/4" TS such as B&H # HOHSS003X2.

Q: 7. How important is it to have the 'drops and spills' coverage?

A: The AllState Protection Plans available to add onto products such as the Roland KC-200 4-Channel Mixing Keyboard Amplifier afford additional protection for items that covers instances not necessarily handled by the product warranty such as drops and spills. The plans add significant value via quick repairs or replacement and 24/7 support. Depending on how this keyboard amp will be used and by who, for instance if used to perform in public, the AllState Protection Plan would provide extra piece of mind and protection.

Q: 8. What Keybed is in the Roland FANTOM 07? I have the 2019 Fantom8 and I am now looking to add a Synth action 76 key keyboard.

At the price point I believe this is the best midi keyboard. It has a minimal design, without too many knobs or pads. And the keys feel great compared to other keys at this price point. Perfect for the musician who just wants the best keys possible at an attractive price point. To my knowledge there isn't anything that comes close to this at under 200. When this was made, it had all the best features. I would like them to add blue tooth, I think all midi controllers should have this now. ( That being late 2016, but at the time this was designed it was not common. ) Also you have to install the firmware to make it work correctly, which seems unnecessary. And the infrared controller is not super useful, I'd rather have an xy touch pad. While the infrared controller can work, the resolution is not great enough to be as useful as other inputs at this price point. Maybe if they replaced the sensor with a more accurate way to interact with no touch then it could be more interesting. In summary, I wish I was buying this exact version but released in 2016 with blue tooth and a more useful input than than the infrared sensor. But I'm still buying this, because there is nothing better in terms of how the keys play and feel. It has the perfect weight. And you really don't want fully weighted keys unless they are perfect. To me these keys feel perfect.

Very well built stand for all your studio / stage needs. Whether a keyboard or DJ equipment, this thing is strong and stable. My personal use is for keyboard stand, however, I was immediately aware of how versatile this stand would be for many other uses. The Value from B&H Photo is also much better than many other sites offering this same stand. Not as easily transported or set-up as an X stand...much more sturdy though. I really don't need my expensive equipment hitting the floor with a flimsy stand. Buy it and let your imagination work with all the uses you could make of this.

I ordered these to replace casters on an older model of QSC sub, the KSub. They are a perfect replacement.

Straying from the ordinary X format of a keyboard stand this unique stand goes two letters in the alphabet further. I had originally looked into getting the standard cheapo X stand but found that when I lowered it to a sitting level my miniature 61 key M-Audio wouldn't fit. The first extraordinary thing about the Z is that it's width and height adjust separately so I can just set the width I need for my little beaut and if I want to stand or sit I adjust it accordingly; the second extraordinary thing is that my mom bought it for me as a Christmas gift to bring some holiday cheer to me and my inner musician, wahoo for gifts you don't have to re-gift and kudos to my mom for spending more than $20 on a gift that's not chocolate and sweets. The only cons I've found with this incredible piece of equipment is that it didn't come endued with magical powers that make it's wielder a super-ninja-awesome musician... alas, I will have to find other means to become that, drat you magic, must you illude me. To sum it all up it's time to stop loosing sleep over faulty equipment, knowing your musical needs rest safely in the hands of B&H. It's time to catch some Z'z.
