Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. will this stand work with and bolt to the YPG-235?

A: According to Yamaha the L3C Stand is not compatible with YPG series keyboards. A standard X style keyboard stand is recommended such as the Yamaha PKBS1.

Q: 2. How important is it to have the 'drops and spills' coverage?

A: The AllState Protection Plans available to add onto products such as the Roland KC-200 4-Channel Mixing Keyboard Amplifier afford additional protection for items that covers instances not necessarily handled by the product warranty such as drops and spills. The plans add significant value via quick repairs or replacement and 24/7 support. Depending on how this keyboard amp will be used and by who, for instance if used to perform in public, the AllState Protection Plan would provide extra piece of mind and protection.

Q: 3. will this stand work for Yamaha YPT-240?

A: The YPT-240 is compatible with the L3C stand.

Q: 4. are batteries rechargeable?

A: It doesn't come with batteries. You buy your own. It takes AA, so you could buy rechargeable if you wanted to. I have run mine only on electricity so far. I like the battery option, though.

Q: 5. Hi I have an old Roland KC-150 4-CH mixing keyboard amplifier. Will this amplifier work with the BK-3? If so, with what cords?

A: Yes, the KC-150 will be compatible with the Roland BK-3 61-key Backing Keyboard (Black). You will need a dual-1/4" TS to dual-1/4" TS such as B&H # HOHSS003X2.

Q: 6. What Keybed is in the Roland FANTOM 07? I have the 2019 Fantom8 and I am now looking to add a Synth action 76 key keyboard.

A: The Roland Fantom-07 76-Key Music Workstation Keyboard uses a velocity-sensitive, synth action key bed. Users have described the 07 key bed as similar to the keys on the Fantom-S model with key edges that are slightly more square in form factor.

Q: 7. Is the L3C compatible with the Yamaha PSR E-363 keyboard?

A: Mine is a EZ 220. The mounting holes are about 28 apart. It is a very nice, practical stand.

Q: 8. Nowhere on the specs of the Roland E A 7 there is mention of a sequencer how do you write your own styles?

A: Styles can be edited or created using the Style Composer function. Please feel free to download the Operation Manual from Roland for more information. https://a href= http://static.roland.com/assets/media/pdf/E-A7_r_e01W.pdf target= _blank static.roland.com/assets/media/pdf/E-A7_r_e01W.pdf/a

Q: 9. does it work with YPT 210?

A: I'm sorry, but this stand will not fit the YPT210. I would recommend considering a folding keyboard stand like B&H # AUKSPL2X instead.

Q: 10. Looking for a pair of speakers to use with V-Drums AND synths. Would these be a good fit? Extra features compared to the PM-200.

A: Yes, the Roland KC-200 4-Channel Mixing Keyboard Amplifier can be used with V-Drums and synthesizers, as well as with a microphone.

I use this in my home for a Kawai MP11SE. Works just fine. Lightweight. I use it with AC power, but it's nice to have the battery option. No problems with getting it set up. Perfect for my needs.

I was looking for something portable that had great sounds and configurability. This is it. It's light, has great key action and tons of great sounds.

This amplifier is, in one word, FANTASTIC. The power and sonic quality are beyond 5 stars. I'm using it with my Roland FP-90 piano. The sound is full, from high to low, and the mids have a nice punch. Plenty of power and the sound is out of this world! Shipping from B&H was excellent.

At the price point I believe this is the best midi keyboard. It has a minimal design, without too many knobs or pads. And the keys feel great compared to other keys at this price point. Perfect for the musician who just wants the best keys possible at an attractive price point. To my knowledge there isn't anything that comes close to this at under 200. When this was made, it had all the best features. I would like them to add blue tooth, I think all midi controllers should have this now. ( That being late 2016, but at the time this was designed it was not common. ) Also you have to install the firmware to make it work correctly, which seems unnecessary. And the infrared controller is not super useful, I'd rather have an xy touch pad. While the infrared controller can work, the resolution is not great enough to be as useful as other inputs at this price point. Maybe if they replaced the sensor with a more accurate way to interact with no touch then it could be more interesting. In summary, I wish I was buying this exact version but released in 2016 with blue tooth and a more useful input than than the infrared sensor. But I'm still buying this, because there is nothing better in terms of how the keys play and feel. It has the perfect weight. And you really don't want fully weighted keys unless they are perfect. To me these keys feel perfect.
