A: I teach Lightroom in seminars and photography schools. Scott Kelby's Lightroom book is the best that I have ever seen in helping someone understand Lightroom. A: Hello Andrew. Thes are presets and brushes to be used with the photo editing software Lightroom. It is not a stand alone application. I am with Apple and the app Photo is very simple to useand gives good resuts. I am not familliar with PC's. Cheers
