Q: 4. EV Technical Support was cluelesss and told me they don't sell this in C Band in the US and that there are no issues with 600mhz soon being obsolete. Their Frequency Finder webpage says there are no useable frequencies for this mic in the NYC area. Anybody using this wireless mic system with C Band in the NYC area?

A: The Electro-Voice HT300 handheld microphone/transmitter works with the R300 receiver. The R300-HD is the complete wireless mic system with the handheld transmitter. The HT300C transmitter operates within the "C" frequency band which is 516 to 532 MHz, so your receiver will need to operate on the "C" band as well. This is the only frequency band available for use in North America. We do offer the Electro-Voice R300 Wireless Microphone System Receiver (B&H # ELR300RXC) separately and the complete system with the transmitter and receiver, which is the Electro-Voice R300-HD Wireless Handheld Microphone System - C: 516 to 532 MHz (B&H # ELR300HD).

This is due to the smaller diameter of the PR 40 and the lack of adjustment on the pop blocker's clasp.

A: I have the A011 model. It fits just fine. I checked the specs on the B&H page on which the lenses are offered, and the specs given there are identical for each lens. However, one can't be sure how many teeth are in the horses mouth without counting. :)
