The 1000R curved design and 178° viewing angles helps to fill your entire field of view, allowing you to see more at a glance.

Connecting your computer through the DisplayPort input allows you to take advantage of the 240 Hz refresh rate for smooth graphics during fast-paced action scenes. Both HDMI ports support up to 144 Hz. Compatible gaming consoles may reach up to 120 Hz.

Explore realistic open worlds and create high-quality content with the 27" Vertical Alignment (VA) panel, which supports 1.07 billion colors with high-dynamic range, covering 116% of the sRGB and 92% of the DCI-P3 gamut.

Adaptive Sync technology syncs the refresh rate of your monitor with your GPU to eliminate screen tearing or stuttering, delivering smooth and lag-free visuals.

This monitor supports Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) with compatible consoles to reduce screen tearing.

Whether your entire screen is dark, or just a few portions have heavy shadows, the smart black tuner brings out the fine details in dark areas.

The aiming dot automatically changes color to contrast with the background, making it visible at all times.

Connect your device to this display through the dual HDMI 2.0b ports, which are available alongside a DisplayPort 1.2a input. The USB-C connector allows you to transfer video, data, and up to 15W with compatible laptops. Plug a pair of headphones into the 3.5mm audio jack for listening privacy.

Connecting your mouse and keyboard through the monitor's 2-port USB-A 2.0 hub and KVM switch allows you to control up to two devices simultaneously.

The soft ambient RGB lighting may be customized through your phone or desktop app and synced with other Mystic Light peripherals.

Adjust the display's height and tilt an optimal view. The 100 x 100mm VESA mount allows you to place the display on a wall, swivel arm, or multi-monitor stand.

I have had this a week now. Its the best upgrade since getting a 4090 almost 2 years ago. Don't hesitate, MSI has knocked this one out of the park.

I've switched to this after 1.5 years with AW3423DW, because Apex and Rocket League have been the majority of my gaming hours.

The productivity loss wasn't that bad, and the stand shape leaves room for another monitor if needed.

The visuals seem on par with the Dell, but the smoothness is a noticeable upgrade. It is especially clear in Rocket League with its rough transitions when playing the ball cam (like you normally should). 540 Hz monitors with strobing have even better motion clarity but I won't put up with ghosting nor the hit to image quality.

The timing around Apex's vulnerability deprived me of the most relevant comparison, but even a similar frame rate looks better in The Division 2. Unlike Rocket League, this must come down to a massive improvement in total latency from superior processing time. AW34D3W was unusually bad for OLEDs, while this MSI tops the charts.

The monitor supports 4K input for downsampling the image from modern consoles and media players. The flipside is that PC games detected the monitor as 4K when using exclusive fullscreen, but the borderless option is taking over anyway (DX12 doesn't even have exclusive fullscreen).

The connectivity is an upgrade as well: 2 genuine HDMI 2.1 and a 90W PD USB-C are amazing to have. There are also the usual 2 USB-A ports and a backup DP 1.4, too.

Software-wise, this is completely fine out of the box unlike certain Samsungs and Dells were. A DSC toggle and separate color profiles for SDR & HDR should come with a future firmware, and the only other quirk is monitor turning off rather than going back to standby after a pixel refresh on idle.

For pure gaming performance, this is the best OLED at the joint lowest price for this panel. I haven't been able to identify a caveat here. It is a great time to be an OLED aficionado.

This is an excellent gaming monitor. My favorite aspect of it is the deep blacks, vibrant colors, high refresh rate, and instant response time. It is a huge upgrade from the 1440p 144hz IPS monitor I was using.

I chose this monitor over the 32 4k 240hz OLED versions due to the size and it being 1440p. I have an Alienware R16 with a 14900k and an RTX 4090 and pushing 300+ FPS on a 4k display is difficult but on a 1440p display it is very doable. I also appreciate the 3 year warranty from MSI that covers OLED burn in and the extensive OLED care built into the monitor. You can also upgrade the firmware which is a huge plus.

Pros: Deep black, vibrant colors, 360hz refresh, OLED care, 3 year OLED burn in warranty, good price compared to other manufacturers, easy configuration, easy firmware updates, near instant response times, good text clarity.

Cons: OLED burn-in is still a concern, having to perform maintenance to prevent burn in, have to periodically update the firmware (although that is also a plus for new features and bug fixes)

Overall the monitor is better than I expected. I have an OLED TV but this is my first OLED monitor and I am extremely impressed. If you can afford it and need a new 1440p gaming monitor then I highly recommend.

Thanks - William V

This is incredibly fast. Everything feels smooth, just like what I was hoping for. Text is so, so, but the rest of it is great. Definitely recommend it if you want the utmost motion clarity that can be offered today. Looking forward to when 4k 360hz becomes possible.

To start, the photo is to try to compare the new MSI QD-OLED with my IPS monitor. The photo really does not do it justice but I tried, in person this QD-OLED makes the IPS look very washed out and dull.

That said, this is the best monitor available for gaming. It is 1440p which is a nice middle ground of good pixel density for this screen size while still being not too bad in trying to push a high frame rate (you will not be able to get a high frame rate from a 4k monitor). The 360hz refresh rate on oled means this monitor also has amazing motion clarity which makes it really good for competitive games while still looking amazing for more scenic games thanks to the QD-OLED panel. Also unlike some other OLED panels out there, this one does not use a matte coating so it looks much better.

This monitor is also nice for watching tv or movies, while it has many nice things for games, this is still a QD-OLED so it has amazing color and contrast. So it's a great multimedia consumption device altogether.

Two other nice things is a 90 watt usb-c port with DisplayPort which should help keep desk setup stay looking clean. Monitor stand is nice and heavy so the monitor doesn't wiggle around while you are typing or gaming.
