First snap the medal rods together and insert the rods in the corners of the softbox skin , insert the square peice of cloth inside softbox. second unvelcro the corner ends of the softbox (I didnt figure this out until I was done). Third insert the rods in the holes of the strobe assembly, close velcro corners .
