Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. How many receivers can pair up with the transmitter if you want to add more?

A: Add as many as you like. They do not pair . They are simple radio receivers. Think about a commercial FM radio transmitter andall of the FM radios in cars, homes, and portable units that can tune in at any one time simultaneously.

Q: 2. Can this be used to travel I plan on being on a ship I do have hearing aids but lots of back ground noise can anyone help me?

A: Travel with this kit is easy. Every thing is together in one portable case. The alkaline battery selection gives you twice the hours as the rechargeable type and there is no charger to transport. AA batteries are available everywhere. I use the MIC 014 omni-directional microphone and place the transmitter in the center of the room or table. Everyone is facing the unit and clarity is enhanced over my hearing aids. With the MIC 014 range is decreased to about 25 ft radius but adequate for a large room.

Q: 3. Do you have double ear buds for this system?

A: Yes , any dual ear bud can be used with this system. Williams Sound EAR 042 is a sound canceling dual earphone that works well.

Q: 4. Can two of the transmitters be used in the same room with different languages?

A: It is a single channel system that cannot permit a second audio source.

Q: 5. Can you add receivers up to 65 receivers simultaneously?

A: The Williams Sound TGS PRO 737 Personal PA FM Tour Guide System BH #WITGSPRO737 can theoretically transmit to an unlimited amount of receivers. But there may be practical limits due to RF interference and other environmental factors.

Q: 6. How many receivers come with PRO 737?

A: It comes with 10 X PPA R37 N Select Channel FM Receiver (No Earphone/Batteries)

Q: 7. how do I change the channels in my device, TGS pro 737?

A: The channel selection on the PPA T46 transmitter is accessed through the menu using the front panel buttons. See the following link to the manual for more information: http://bit.ly/25gFug9 The PPA R37 receiver units feature a channel seek button located in the battery compartment. Manual available at the following link: http://bit.ly/1RwlH1V

Q: 8. Can the receivers in this package be charged with the Williams Sound CHG3512? Would be using NIMH batteries.

A: Yes. The R37 receivers are compatible with the CHG 3512 charging system.

Q: 9. Does the transmitter in this bundle come with an antenna?

A: System Includes: (1) FM T55 transmitter (4) PPA R37N receivers (4) EAR 022 surround earphones (2) NKL 001 neckloops (1) IDP 008 ADA wall plaque 1 -ANT 025 ANTENNA (INCLUDED) Note: The FM + connects to the installation location’s Wi-Fi Network. It does not provide a network on its own. The Wi-Fi network will need to be installed and established before the FM + can be used. Compatible Antennas ANT 005, ANT 021, ANT 024, or ANT 025 Transmission Range: Up to 1000 ft (304 m) with ANT 005 coaxial antenna mounted on rear chassis connector

We use these on a daily basis for manufacturing facility tours where the ambient noise can be 85 dBa or more. We find they work well and with multiple frequencies more than one group can be on tour with different presenters in the same facility at the same time. Recently we converted all of our receivers and transmitters to rechargeable batteries which prevents issues with battery changeouts and constant checking on battery levels to ensure operational equipment for every tour.
