The VT-20 Aluminum Mini Tripod with Ball Head from SmallRig is an ideal mini tripod for compact DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, smartphones, action cameras, and other devices. Its five-section aluminum alloy legs and quick-tightening design extend the tripod to as high as 20.5" and bear a load of up to 13.2 lb. It has reverse-folding legs for a folded length of only 7.1" and weights just 1.54 lb. The extendable center column adds more height, and it includes a ballast hook for added stability.

I had to tighten down the leg supports after a couple uses with heavy gear but i haven't had slipage since. Again, you won't go wrong here.
