The 1SKB-66PRO Rectangular Electric Guitar Case from SKB is a guitar case designed to fit Stratocaster and Telecaster shaped guitars. The 1SKB-66PRO is formed of durable ABS plastic which has molded stacking ribs for added strength and durability. The case includes fiberglass reinforced TSA locking trigger latches. The rubber over-molded cushion grip handle is designed to allow balanced transport.

The interior of the 1SKB-66PRO features a rigid EPS, plush lined insert for a secure fit to the body and proper neck support of the instrument. A large accessory compartment for picks, strings or a slide is included.

The soft case that came with my new Taylor GS Mini is nice, but I am in favor of a case that offers better protection. I have always owned hard shell cases for my guitars and this is the fourth guitar I have owned. I also think that it is easier and better to control humidity with a hard case. The case is not very heavy, which is a plus, but it also feels sturdy. Also, while some have complained that the storage compartment is too small, it is fine for me. Holds a set of strings, a capo, picks, wire cutter, and my little clip-on tuner. 5

This thing is built like a tank. It totally protects my equipment but yet its still light to carry. I also like the fact that it's stackable as well. 5

Bought the SKB-904 (opted also for the AV8 laptop tray sold separately) and the SKB-1906. Switched from the Odyssey 10u over 8u with laptop rack for several reasons: weight, bulk, metal edges would snag clothing in transport. This is by far a better setup! Modular design allows for easier transport, lid and front panels are connected, molded plastic with no sharp edges, laptop tray fits nicely under lid and clears the top racks spaces fully. Should have bought this one first...great product! 5

Good protection from elements, physical harm when transporting, keeps everything nice and neat in appearance. It's lighter in weight than an equivalent ATA case but slightly bulkier. Making it a little awkward to carry. Can't give it .5 off so it's better than 4 stars 5

I purchased 1SKB-R104 to tote my mixer and a few rack modules to gigs. The case is very roomy and the side access ports are useful for routing cables to outboard gear. The removeable top and rear panels are solid, easy to remove, and make it simple to unpack and setup for a gig. 5

Lightweight great design, offering good protection. I've used their gig rigs before, this is a bit more compact while still giving the gig rig level of protection. The top and front cover are connected together so front comes off and flips into lid when you're opening for business. Rear cover is big enough to offer access to cables. Offers two side holes, small ones, one on each side. This allows for your power conditioner plug to connect to power while keeping the back cover on and keeping appearances clean and neat. I have a Presonus 16.0.2 in the top part. Plenty of clearance for most rackmountable mixers and still room for 4 deep rack mounted units in the lower part. 5
