The MeFOTO SideKick360 Smartphone Tripod Adapter in hot pink is a support for 2.3 to 2.8" wide smartphones that provides stability and allows for enhanced creative control over photos and videos shot with the phone's built-in camera. The aluminum Arca-Swiss style quick-release base works with full-size tripods and any Arca-Swiss style quick-release clamp. The adapter is equipped with three 1/4"-20 threads and one 3/8"-16 thread, allowing it to be mounted to a variety of quick-release plates, monopods, and handles. The flexible ball joint allows for 360-degree rotation, so you can situate your phone in either portrait or landscape mode, and the flat base allows it to be used by itself as a stand.

A: Yes it does. It works great with iPhone 6. I don't have iPhone 6+ so I can't tell you about it, but it looks like it won't be a problem.

A: A lot. I have a heavier Sony A7riii with 50mm 1.4 prime and it works perfectly. It's built tough, even given the small size. I wouldn't dangle the camera from the wrist strap on a continuous basis when walking down the street, but it will definitely hold if the camera slips or a thief tries to snag your rig. I love mine!

Q: 3. Is this compatible with a Manfrotto ball head that assumes use of a Manfrotto 200PL Quick Release Plate?

I have a number of various iPhone holders for tripods and handheld stabilizers. This one takes the cake! I have 3 MeFoto tripods that I use so this is an ideal pairing. It allows for iPhone rotation without using special adapters which is very handy. the nice part is that it fits perfectly into the base on the tripod without having to use the normally removable plate. However, I have an adapter to rotate the camera through 360 degrees which I attach this unit to and use the removable plate in between. Very happy with my purchases and would highly recommend this adapter. 5

Not your everyday cheap, plastic, poorly made phone holder, but a solid piece of equipment. I expect that I will get years of use from it much longer than the next number of phones it will hold. Great value. 5

It mounts easily; adjusts precisely every way you want; weighs practically nothing yet holds all but the very biggest phones. It holds a Samsung Note 10+ with a slim 5-sided cushion case. This purchase is for a friend who saw mine and had to have one just like it. 5

This is a particularly nice phone holder. It's secure, easy to use, and fits nicely on a tripod. It looks great, and is easy to use. It holds a bare iPhone 12 Pro comfortably, but this phone barely squeezes in with the Apple leather case attached. The base fits in my RSS Arca-Swiss tripod head at its first lever position, but is a bit too wide to clamp fully, as others have noted. So this might not be a five star product for everyone. A minute with a grinder or file would make it fit perfectly. 5

Using this adapter on a monopod and tripod with an iPhone6s. Helps get nice smooth videos. Well made and fits over my OtterBox Commuter or Bodyguardz cases but won't go much wider than that. Great for extending your reach (on a monopod) for nature videos. 5
