EVO filters seamlessly combine thread and magnetic attachment in a circular design with both threaded and magnetic attachment, allowing users to switch between modes to meet their photography needs.

The frame of the EVO filter has been designed to be extremely thin, reducing the thickness of the filters when stacked.

The diameter of EVO filter frames are the same as those of traditional threaded filters, so that the original lens cap and hood of the camera lens can continue to be used.

EVO filters's dual-mount design let you instantly switch to threaded mode, significantly reducing the risk of vignetting when using wide angle lenses.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Do you know if Zeiss planning on releasing more batis lenses? 50mm and 35mm, a macro lens?

A: Oh boy I'm excited. Pls do a macro lens

Q: 2. Is the case made by Pelican , and is is lockable , also is there any way to lock the zippers on the travel soft bag? There are 4 cut outs for lenses. Are there more Loxia lenses to be released ? Are the Loxia lenses sharper than Batis lenses ? I have all three Batis, and would like a case for these as well. Will Zeiss offer a case for them ?Thanks: Half Centurian

A: Unfortunately, Zeiss does not indicate the manufacturer of the Zeiss Loxia Transport Case/Bag. The hard case does have holes for use with a standard TSA padlock. Your question concerning lens image quality is not quite balanced as the Loxia lenses and Batis lenses do not come in similar/equal focal lengths. The closest option would be the Zeiss Batis 25mm f/2 lens and the Zeiss Loxia 21mm f/2.8 lens. BOth lenses have nearly similar performance, though the Loxia lens is slightly sharper compared to the Batis lens, though the Batis lens is both brighter and has slightly better vignetting control. We only have access to information that has currently been released by Zeiss or announced in press releases. At this time, we do not have any information regarding newer Loxia lenses to be released or a case specifically designed for the Batis lenses.

Q: 3. Will this device eliminate audio ground noise from HDMI audio?

A: The iFi audio HDMI iSilencer HDMI Noise Filter with Surge Protection (BH #IFHDMIIS) is designed to reduce video noise and jitter from the HDMI signal. It does not provide a solution for AC ground noise.

Q: 4. How to mount protective olympus filter onto TG4?

A: You would need the Olympus CLA-T01 Conversion Lens Adapter. See the link here.

Q: 5. Will this lens fit/work well on the Fuji EX2S camera?

A: Yes it does. And like all the fujifulm lense, is very sharp. If wish it was a bit smaller though - a real pancake style lens. The 27 is the only one they make that is that small, and it's terrific. Makes the camera pocketable - in a big pocket of course.

Q: 6. Does this have threads which would allow it to be used with a Sensei 49mm lens cap? Thank you

A: I'm sorry, no. A lens cap will not attach.

Q: 7. Why doesn't this work for the X100F?

A: According to NiSi's website, this is compatible with the X100F.

Q: 8. We have an Olympus 35 MM 3.5 Digital Lens. Does the 52 MM clear filter have a thread to fit the 52MM tread on the lens?

A: Yes this filter has a 52mm thread in front and in the back.

Q: 9. How many ft-lbs of force can it withstand?

A: That level of detail is never disclosed in the specifications of lens filters. Depending on where the filter is struck the ft. lbf would be different (striking the metal ring vs. the glass surface), and even differs between locations of the glass that it would strike. So the short answer is: whatever breaks glass would likely break this. The long answer is: you'd have to measure multiple filters, being hit at different ft. lbs, in different locations on the filter itself.

Q: 10. Does the Fujifilm leather case close properly with this on the x100V?

A: Unfortunately, the Fujifilm LC-X100V cannot fit with this filter attached to the X100V.
