Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Can this be mounted to a tripod?

A: The Samsung The Freestyle Gen 2 230-Lumen Full HD Smart Projector (BH # SASPLFF3) does not feature a tripod mount.

Q: 2. can I use this drone with my "EMAX EZ Pilot Beginner Indoor Racing Drone (RTF)"?

A: Yes, you can use the googles and controller from your EMAX EZ Pilot Beginner Indoor Racing Drone (RTF) to fly the EMAX Tinyhawk II Indoor FPV Racing Drone (BNF).

Q: 3. how long can it fly for ?

A: The EMAX Tinyhawk II Indoor FPV Racing Drone (RTF) will have a 4 minute flight time.

Q: 4. Can this also be used to measure light levels (F stops)? Ambient, spot, or incident?

A: This meter can be used to measure incident light, measured as lux. There are no aperture or shutter speed or ISO numbers on this meter. These would need to be derived from the lux measurement and the ISO speed rating, to determine f/stops and shutter speeds. As a reference point for your calculations, Exposure Value (EV) 0 is equivalent to 1 second at f/1.0. At ISO 32 film speed, EV0 is the correct exposure for 10 lux incident light level. For ISO 500, at 110,000 lux, the correct exposure would be EV17. Remember that EV represents a collection of equivalent settings, so EV17 could be 1/1000 sec at f/11 or 1/500 sec at f/16 or 1/250 at f/22 or 1/125 at f/32 or 1/60 at f/44, and so on. For the same ISO 500 speed, 55,000 lux would require one unit lower EV than at 110,000 lux, thus 55,000 lux would require EV16 for ISO 500. With 110,000 lux and ISO 125, the correct exposure would be EV15. One of the possible shutter & aperture combinations for EV15 would be 1/250 at f/11. These examples should enable you to create exposure tables for yourself, relative to the lux readings you get from this meter. It does beautifully at measuring the spectrum of light sources and determining color rendering index and color temperature.

Q: 5. There is not aux out. Can the hdmi be used to audio-out to arc-supported speakers?

A: The Samsung The Freestyle Gen 2 230-Lumen Full HD Smart Projector (B&H # SASPLFF3) only has one HDMI connection. If you want to connect to external speakers, you should ideally connect them to your media source device, not the projector.

Q: 6. What protocol radio will this drone work with? FrSky, DSMX?? I have Spektrum.

A: The EMAX Tinyhawk II Indoor FPV Racing Drone (BNF) has a protocol of FrSky_D(D8).

Q: 7. can you see the picture you are taking on the remote

A: The EMAX Tinyhawk II Indoor FPV Racing Drone (RTF) does not take pictures. To view your video transmission feed, FPV goggles are included with the Tinyhawk II.

Q: 8. Does the bottom mounting hole on this head have 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 threads?

A: The bottom the of the Sirui KV-10 Pan and Tilt Head with Leveling Base has a 3/8"-16 receiving point.

Q: 9. Can this unit measure PAR of grow lights. I see it measures PPFD. Is this PPFD the same as PAR? I'm new at grow lights. It looks to be the same. Ie mol m2 s-1 or. umol m2 s-1

A: No, the unit will only allow the following reading CIE1931/CIE1964 CIE1976/CIELUV CRI (Color Rendering Index) Correlated Color Temperature (TCP) Deviation (Δ uv) Dominant Wavelength (λd) Footcandle Horizontal Footcandle (HFc) Lux Lux Sec (HLx) Peak Wavelength (λp) Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density (PPFD) Purity (Pe)

Q: 10. Is this compatible with arca plates? I have a Fuji XT-5 with arca handgrip. Will this be compatible?

A: The Sirui KV-10 Pan and Tilt Head with Leveling Base does work with Arca-Swiss plates. However, you will need to make sure of the plate size of the grip. To be classified as an Arca-Swiss plate, you need to have a 45-degree angle on both sides. The dovetail spacing can be different between Arca-Swiss plates. The KV-10 head takes a TY55KS quick-release plate with a dovetail of 39mm, and the clamp range can be adjusted from 37mm to 40mm on the KV-10 head.
