Use this 9-21 Superflex Partition in chocolate from Billingham to organize and customize the interior of your camera bag. This divider is compatible with 335, 445, 555, 550, 107, 207, 307, and 307L bags. Billingham recommends using this insert with bags that have chocolate leather trim for a complimentary color match. The partition has large and small sections for storing lenses and accessories. It maintains some flexibility so you can fit wider lenses. Hook-and-loop fasteners allow you to attach the partition to the inside of your bag and to other partitions.

A: If it fits my Pentax FA 31 lens, it will fit your Leica and lens together. It's quite roomy actually and has a nice draw string inside for expansion.

A: I just bought a store demo version of this and my 1DX II does fit inside this bag. I had a hard time getting the correct answer so I am adding to this. I have a 70-200 2.8 with hood reversed attached to the camera, the camera strap (Peak Design) tucked behind. I also have a 24-70 ii 2.8 in the bag with hood reversed facing down towards the back of the bag. And a small flash, an extra battery. There's some room between the top of the camera and the top flap which allows the camera to fit. There's still room because the zipper is NOT stretched tight at all and it opens/closes smoothly. This is not a large backpack but it certainly holds just the amount of gear I need without breaking my back.

A: I mentioned in my other answer that I can get my Canon Sl1 + 18-55 STM lens in this bag with room for my small Canon G1X. I just discovered there is room for the SL1 with 18-135 STM lens imounted with the camera / lens positioned vertically in the bag with lens facing down. Still plenty of room for the smaller camera or a flash beside it with a divider between. The 7D with 24-105 lens mounted is a snug fit, but does have about an inch + extra for small items. Again, front pockets available for other items.

A: I'm not sure what insert you're talking about but the one that comes with it works well for my 88mm Nikon zoom lens and my prime.
