A: Might be how you loaded them onto your player. I use MediaMonkey or just Explorer. All artists albums etc are populated in the right spots.You can try a hard reset. A: I have not had this specific problem. But with other problems I find if you hold down the on button for up to 60 seconds it resets and resolves the problem.
