A: Hi Noel R,Depending on what your goal is. We have a large screen TV and we connect a laptop to the TV and then the speakers to the laptop and it raises the volume of the TV. On the back of our TV there are many outlets to connect to other things, I am guessing that one of them would connect the speakers directly to the TV. I'm not TV savvy enough to know which one.
