    Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Where is the identification number?

A: As stated by SONY here is a difficult to see incised serial number + another number on the back. BTW I have (2) 64 GB cards and find them fast and indeed tough but do note that that the additional case thickness makes for a tight fit (on my a7rIII) so be sure alignment is correct before inserting!

Q: 2. Reading answers I understood it worth only on Slot 1 (sony a7iii), so which will be the faster you can buy for slot 2? Thank you.

A: Slot 2 takes UHS I cards and slot 1 takes UHSII cards, UHSII cards are much faster than UHSI cards.

Q: 3. This card is Canon 5D Mark IV compatible?

A: Yes it is , Canon 5DIV has two card slots compact flash and SD

Q: 4. How long for the factory warranty?

A: The Nextorage 256GB NX-F2SE Series UHS-II SDXC Memory Card has a Limited 5-Year Manufacturer Warranty (From Date of Purchase).

Q: 5. Is this card better than the Angelbird brand? Or is Angelbird better?

A: The Nextorage 128GB NX-F2PRO Series UHS-II SDXC Memory Card has a faster claimed write speed but for overall reliability and support this Sandisk would be my recommendation: https://bit.ly/427hkaX

Q: 6. Will this fit my Canon 6D?

A: You could use this card in the 6D, but because it is a UHS-II card and the 6D is compatible with UHS-I, you would pay more than necessary, because it will only operate at UHS-I speed in the 6D.

    Q: 7. will this card work with sony fx3 when recording 4k 100p 4:2:2 10bit 280mb/s?

A: The Sony 128GB SF-E Series UHS-II SDXC Memory Card (B&H# SOSFE128T2) is rated to allow for sustained writing speeds in a UHS II card slot (such as those of the FX3) at far more than your stated need of 280Mb/s. As such, it will work fine. As always, please be sure to format any new card in the camera before its first use and also prior to any especially important shoots.

Q: 8. What is the difference between this card and the Sony G SDXC class 10 U3 which has the same write and read speed?

A: Great question David. I was always led to believe these numbers on the cards allowed you to match what the camera needed for recording and playback. I purchased these cards because they were a “V90” class card that allowed higher bitrate recording(GH5, S1H, high speed frame rates, etc). Lastly, these are part of the “Tough” series and should handle drops, heat, cold, dirt, moisture, etc. a bit better than the other ones. I’ve had mine for a while and so far, so good. I hope this helps. Jim

Q: 9. Compatible to Sony a7riii? What's difference between Sony SF-G128, SD XCII card?

A: Yes, it is compatible and is similar to the 64gb card and is twice the capacity of the 64gb card.

Q: 10. can this be used in Nikon 850?

A: As the Nikon D850 DSLR camera is compatible for use with UHS-II Memory Cards, yes, the Sony 256GB SF-E Series UHS-II SDXC Memory Card would be compatible for use with the Nikon D850 DSLR camera.

love these memory cards. pros - fast transfer of RAW files, cons - might be too fast for windows 10, always vanishes when transferring RAW files, easier to drag and drop

Since this product came out I have bought from B&H few of them and why B&H and not Amazon or EBay ? Most of the once that I bought in the past where counterfeit cards once it happened to me at Amazon and a few times on eBay . B&H is so far the Kosher place to buy as they get them directly from Sony no fake items and from time to time they run good sales on them as this was a pack of 2 for $79.99 free shipping and using there Payboo card no tax . If you want a great and an original item made by Sony buy it here .
This card is fast and very accurate never turned me down . Use it for my 6 Sony cameras that I own plus the Camcorder SONY PXW-FS5M2 .Dont try to save buy cheaper price for sure you will get a counterfeit made in China buy it from B&H or any Sony’s Authorized dealer .

I bought two of these for use in my Canon EOS 90D.
As I don't have a UHS-II reader (yet!) I tested them with a UHS-I reader on a USB-3 port, and got very good numbers. Both cards tested within a fraction of a percent of one another.
Time will tell about longevity, but I've had very good results with Sony SD cards in the past.

Although not the fastest UHS-II card, this one is cheap and works for me just fine. It clears the buffer fast enough and really speeds up a transfer to a computer (I use Sony card reader).
