A: I purchased one about a month ago and it was pretty easy to download the music. I have however tried creating different playlists, but have not successfully seen them appear on the device. I can see the different folders when I hook it up to the computer, but for some reason can't get it on the actual device? It doesn't seem like a hard task so don't know if I am doing something stupid but have not had time to research.I only use mine for jogging/mowing the lawn, but I have hit the skip button when trying to move the device around. I think because it is so small it is easy to hit the other buttons accidentally since it does not have a lock. But overall it has a good sound quality and works!
