Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Is this cable shielded?

A: The DigitalFoto Solution Limited Canare LV-61S 12G-SDI Right-Angle Video Cable (7.8") is a shielded cable.

Q: 2. Will this work for a XLR output of a mixer into a PC Aux input (Livestream HD31)?

A: I'm going to disagree with the first response. This patch chord is mini-jack to an XLR male (meaning output function). You can use the chord bring a signal from your PC to the mixer, but not vice versa. You want a mini-jack to XLR input (female) chord. There are many such chords available from B&H.

Q: 3. Which HDMI standard is this? Can it handle 4K30?

A: The max resolution support on the Pearstone HD-ARACMAF is 4096 x 2160.

Q: 4. I'd like to connect the line output (3.5mm mini-jack) on my Zoom H5 recorder or my Shure VP83F compact shotgun mic to the XLR input on a Blackmagic Ursa Mini. Is this the correct cable to do so?

A: Yes

Q: 5. Will this work with a Rodelink Wireless system?

A: Absolutely! Works like a charm. Just remember it won't screw down into the mic Reciever unit, so pick a safe spot in your bag/rig to avoid straining the cable.

Q: 6. Will this work for a Canon T3i video transfer cable

A: The StarTech USB 2.0 Type-A Male to Right-Angle Mini-B Male Cable while allow file transfer of stills or video from your Canon T3i to your computer.

Q: 7. Is the XLR end stereo?

A: No. You would be taking the Stereo signal and combining to a mono input at XLR end.

Q: 8. Does this cable have a foil shield?

A: I am sorry but the manufacturer has not provided any information about the type of shielding used for this cable.

Q: 9. Can I use this cable to plug a Deity Microphones V-Mic D3 Pro into a Focusrite Scarlett Solo interface?

A: No, the Kopul Stereo Right-Angle 1/8" Male Mini-Jack to XLR Male Cable is not compatible for use with the Deity Microphones V-Mic D3 Pro Shotgun Microphone. The V-Mic D3 Pro requires plug-in power to function, so you will need to use an XLR adapter with a phantom power converter like the Deity Microphones D-XLR 3.5mm to XLR Adapter with Phantom to Plug-In Power Conversion (B&H # DEDXLR), which is the adapter that Deity includes with their location recording bundle for connection to an XLR input, and connect to a device that will supply phantom power. The D-XLR adapter will allow you to use the original 3.5mm TRRS smart cable that comes included with the microphone to convert the plug and enable compatibility for connection to the XLR input on the Focusrite Scarlett Solo USB Audio Interface. You will need to have the phantom power (48V) switch for the XLR input on the interface turned on in order to supply power the mic. If you need a longer cable, simply attach a standard XLR to XLR cable between the XLR input on the interface and the XLR output on the Deity D-XLR adapter. For example, you can use the Kopul Premium Performance 3000 Series Neutrik XLR Male to XLR Female Microphone Cable - 10' (B&H # KOM3010) or similar cable in any length you prefer for your extension.

Q: 10. Is this balanced or unbalanced?

A: The Kopul Stereo Right-Angle 1/8" Male Mini-Jack to XLR Male Cable is an unbalanced cable.
