I have a Sennheiser wireless kit and NTG2 Rode shotgun mic in there and it fits perfectly. I can fit a second kit of wireless if I wanted to.

This is the third Pelican I own A 1560 hard case, and a PCS152 for camera equipment. The 1400 Orange will be used for a marine first case. I chose this hard cases for there rugged construction. I believe any one who purchases any for the Pelican cases will be well satisfied.

I bought this 1400 Case with Foam (Black) by Pelican to carry and protect my Delvcam 7 monitor and accessories. It holds the monitor, the A/C adaptor, the camera-top mount, 3 batteries (1 on the monitor) and the HDMI cable. As you can see from the photo, it could hold more accessories if it had to. I was concerned that I might have trouble with the foam inserts and not be able to customize the case the way I wanted, but the cut cube design of the foam made it easy. I just used a kitchen knife and was careful to lay out everything ahead of time, so I had no mistakes. I also love the fact that Pelican has the metal protectors on the lock rings which are perfect for TSA approved locks.

Pelican's 1400 Case is perfect for my photo equipment, light meters, film backs, and camera. It's small and light for the protection it provides to your valuable belongings and is a must have for any photographer or filmmaker.

I had one of these before, so when bought this case for my G Drive, it came as no surprise that it protected my belongings, as well as having high quality materials/construction. The only thing I am not entirely happy about is that the case is unexpectedly heavy for its size, which means that it is clunky and not too convenient to carry around all day, but probably indicates good workmanship, lots of padding, and, most importantly, a very dense exterior hard shell. The outer plastic shell seems very resilient, and I would trust this case to be shock-proof, provided that the object were tucked snugly into the foam and not allowed to rattle around in too large of a space. I would trust this case for travel, even though it is heavy, because of this.

Very well made, rugged, waterproof case that is guaranteed for life. What more can you ask of a case? I use it as a pistol case and this size will hold two full size pistols. It has two reinforced padlock locking points. The pick and pluck foam allows one to customize the interior configuration easily to whatever will fit inside.

So I order some more Pelican Cases, you can never have enough. They are great to put some gear on, I got x4, to put some Hard Drives and a HD monitor. With the Plug-out foam already on the case, it' so easy to custom made any shape of your equipment. I also have all yellow cases so is great that you can have different colors for different uses.
