Q: 1. Overview says Yes to Bluetooth, Compare chart doesn't mention it. Which is correct?

A: The Sony STR-AN1000 7.2-Channel Network A/V Receiver (BH # SOSTRAN1000) includes Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. Please see the manual on pages 7,51, and 64 for details: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/lit_files/954236.pdf

Q: 2. What Denon rack mount kit model will work with the AVR-X4800H?

A: At this time Denon does not offer a compatible rack mount kit for the AVR-X4800H model.

Q: 3. With a 4K TV in Zone1 and a 1080p TV in Zone2, will each TV receive max resolution? Or will the TV in Zone1 only receive 1080p?

A: The Sony STR-AN1000 7.2-Channel Network A/V Receiver (B&H # SOSTRAN1000) will output 4K video through all HDMI outputs. A 1080p TV will technically be receiving 4K input, but it will still display at Full HD 1080p. This discrepancy should not affect the display resolution of a 4K TV.

Q: 4. Thinking of adding a Motiva XPA-3 Gen3 3 Channel Audiophile Home Theater Power Amplifier to this Sony. Would this work well?

A: You can go from one of the Pre-Outs from the Sony STR-AZ7000ES, via RCA stereo cable, into the stereo RCA inputs on the Emotiva - XPA-3 Gen3 Amplifier.

Q: 5. Will the manufacturer warranty be honored?
