Allowing you to connect up to four USB peripherals over a standard Ethernet cable, you can control your host device and even use devices like printers, webcams, and more.

Consisting of two separate pieces, the receiver and transmitter sport a decoupled design, allowing you to use CAT 5e and 6 cables over varying distances up to 330- and 492-feet, respectively. Operating on the USB 2.0 standard, you can use a wide range of peripherals such as keyboards, mice, storage drives, and more. The receiver provides you with four USB-A inputs as well as a DC power input while the transmitter features a single USB-A port that connects to your PC. Hot pluggable design allows you to easily plug and unplug your peripherals without restarting your system. You also get ESD, surge, and lightning protection.

One of the pins on my on-board card reader for the CF slot got bent, making it useless, and wouldn't have if I used the USB cable instead.

I bought this cable to connect my Epson P600 directly to my computer because I was getting intermittent connection issues with WiFi (probably my router) and wasting too much ink and paper. It was rare to go more than 3 or 4 prints before experiencing the error and having to cancel the print and reprint.
