The white NuQ62-WH 2-Way 6.5" Full-Range Loudspeaker for Portable PA Applications from Turbosound is a compact passive 600W 6.5" loudspeaker system ideally suited for a wide range of speech and music sound-reinforcement applications. It is engineered to provide optimal performance for front fill, down fill, balcony delay and monitor applications.

The NuQ62-WH loudspeaker features a 6.5" low-frequency driver with a low-mass voice coil for improved transient response, and an aluminum dome 1" neodymium motor high-frequency compression driver mounted on a rotatable 100 x 60° (horizontal x vertical) dispersion-converging elliptical waveguide. All drivers are matched with an internal passive-crossover network in a reflex-loaded enclosure. The rear-panel connector plate carries Neutrik speakON NL4 connectors for input and link connections to additional enclosures.

Finished in a highly durable semi-matte white paint, the cabinet is constructed from 12mm birch plywood and includes a rugged powder-coated perforated steel-mesh grille backed with reticulated foam. Multiple threaded rigging points are provided for suspension in any orientation, or for mounting with industry-standard wall brackets.

There is one built-in wireless mic receiver for the included handheld transmitter, and one additional mic input, where you could add a second wireless mic system to this input. A: Mp3 fies should play back in this unit. Some SD cards may not be compatible. I would suggest trying a different card.

Q: 4. Can I use this system with a wireless lavalier or USB microphone system? I intend on using it to teach/ lecture my class, and holding a microphone to my mouth maybe an inconvenience.

A: Mounting and Rigging:The cabinet is fitted with M10 x 8 internally-threaded rigging points that allow it to be rigged with optional shoulder eyebolts and mountedin many different configurations in permanent installations. The simplest method of rigging is to use the two M10 rigging points on the top.Cabinets may also be hung upside down if required.The cabinet has an integral 35 mm pole mount socket in the bottom panel, that allows it to be pole mounted.The optional NuQ122-FY fly yoke adds further installation flexibility for scaffold, surface, and pole mounting.

A: The Electro-Voice EVU2062/95 comes with a universal U-Bracket that allows for installation in horizontal or vertical configurations, and the ability to position the loudspeaker at any angle up to 330 of total rotation with the transformer kit accessory.

Purchased a pair of these with all custom bags. Replacing my 'standard' sound system of Mackie SWA 18"+ SRM 12" 2-way system. Absolutely loved using them and happy i upgraded. Operation: I clocked myself at 46 seconds to disassemble the entire column and put all components in the cases/bags including sub. I can carry the sub though its not very mobile friendly without dolly. Erects in similar amount of time and much easier on the eyes. Audio: Compared them with Bose, EV, RCF, and Fender. Out of the group the RCF was the best sounding overall. The Turbosounds sounded better than the rest but the dual 12" sub did outperform the single sub on the RCF 12, at least for me. Aesthetically it was nicer than the RCF but the EV evolve looked the nicest and was the easiest to transport. Would highly recommend. Happy to have joined the Turbosound family. 5

I bought this as a backup to our main portable speaker to use at industrial auction sales (factories). Our main system is nine years old (works fine) but cost about $1,500 nine years ago. Although this Pyle Pro does not come with a headset mic, we can hack around that with inputs and this SOUNDS BETTER AND LOUDER THAN OUR EXISTING SYSTEM. Delivered to my office for under $100. Crazy good. I am recommending to a professional association I belong to, to purchase two of these units and take to our meetings/events at hotels, etc. Almost every hotel charges hundreds of dollars for really poor audio (in ceiling speakers, feedback galore, etc.). For the cost of a couple of rentals we can own a very portable, powerful system. Highly recommend. 5

I've been working in live professional audio for over 20 years. I can say hands down these units are the best (small/medium) PA. I work at a university and we own 2 of the 3000 and one of the 1000 units. These have served 90% of all our needs. Just last weekend I ran the pair of 3000 for about 350 in a ballroom for our new student orientation and ran them hard ( Hard House, EDM and Hip Hop. They have built in limiters that help protect the drivers, but I did not even have to run them to limit. The coverage / intelligibility were fantastic for spoken word. Great units for the price and I only need to take one trip in the van to move the whole PA. I will be ordering 2 more. Well done Turbosound for these fantastic units.good for Pro, church, or school. CON: Low end is lacking for our application, I would have prefered our pair of dual 18" subs, but the pair of 12" subs per side worked OK. 5
