A: You can use this Scope for Celestial Viewing. Absolutely you can use this to look at the Moon with. Unfortunately we do not carry a Moon Filter compatible with this Scope. However I think you will be able to use this without a Filter.

Q: 5. Does anyone make either nd it polarizer 85mm filters to fit the objective on the vortex spotting scope?

A: Unfortunately this Scope does not accept threaded Filters on the Objective. My apologies.

I upgraded from a Vortex Diamondback to the Razor. The difference is noticeable at the long end when looking at small birds across a field. It helped to pick out an American Golden Plover from a hundred Black-bellied Plovers. All the birders here know the feeling. As a bonus, I was able to see the rings on Saturn and the clouds on Jupiter. 5

I am extremely impressed with the optics. I can see objects with such clarity at 1000 yards that I watch bald eagles pruning themselves and devouring prey high atop their perch. �The scope extends beyond a thousand yards wherein I had to �visually confirm that the objects caught in the lens were the ones barely visible to the eye on the horizon. Incredible...well worth the price ...OBTW the tripod is tops! Cany wait to purchase the adapter ring for my Cannon ! 5

The clarity is really good, which I knew it would be since I also have the Razor HD 12x50 binoculars. The angled eyepiece allows you sit and view at a comfortable angle. The locking eyepiece is really nice, so your eyepiece does not come off in your hand when changing the zoom. Best warranty on the market. Highly recommend! 5

I do lots of glassing/spotting before and during season....this thing is amazing! I also use a phone skope with it and even that is awesome! Use it for spotting at the range and in the field... 5

I have been using this product for Service Rifle competitions for about two years now. It is excellent! I can accurately spot trace when coaching another shooter and I can see .223 bullet holes in thew target at 300 yards as long as the light conditions are favorable. The only thing I've had my hands on that out matches this scope in clarity is the Night Force TS-82 which is roughly double the price! My only gripe is the short eye relief. it only becomes an issue on when you need to get a very quick look on high magnification. Excellent product and great value 5

Like all Vortex glass, clear, brilliant spotter. I shoot up to 1000yards with savage 6.5 Creedmoor. No problem picking up bullet trace from 700-1000. Can see strikes up to 500 pretty easily with dirty bird targets. Buy once, cry once. 5
