A: No. Unfortunately the Dell Inspiron 13 7000 Series is too thick to fit in this case.

Q: 5. Will the XL version of these work well with a Nikon 70-200 2.8 and 24-70 2.8? The large fits but requires 2 hands to take on and off as it is pretty snug.

A: No, I'm afraid the XL will be too big and fall off as you're moving. I use the XL on y Sigma 105 f/1.4 hood and its a lot bigger than the 70-200 hood. I use the L over the hood of the 70-200, 24-70, & 17-35 without issue. If you want one for use without the hood, the M seems to fit. Be aware that after walking in the hot sun, they do stretch quite a bit and become a lot looser.

A: Yes, it does. I have a late 2013 pro retina model and there is sufficient space.

A: The cases I bought came with a 1 flat foam on the bottom, a 1 1/2 egg carton convoluted foam for the lid, and the rest of the case was filled with 3 thick pick and pluck foam. The deeper your model case is, the more pick and pluck you get. It really is a good deal.

A: The case is very durable but I wouldn't stand on it. I use it for extra protection for my 13 Mac (snug fit) in a sling bag. I have numerous larger pelican cases like the 1500 roller carry on camera case, the the build material is completely different.
