A: when you remove it from the holster, you have it in your hand. There is no separate safety cord. I have a hand-strip so I am not afraid of dropping it. If you wish you can 'make' your own safety tether cord. The possibility of dropping your camera is always there, but has nothing to do with the holster. It is a great system.

A: I use this strap with a 5D Mark ll and a 7D and it works perfectly. It has a plastic attachment that can be adjusted to the size of your hand or camera. Last weekend I had a two day event and used this strap on both cameras all day long and I felt very comfortable with them. Also I felt very secure that no accident will happen due to a loose strap. It is anatomically designed to your wrist and access to all buttons of the cameras is easy. It is made out of leather and no sweat or irritation was caused to my skin. I would (for both lenses and especially if you are walking for long durations) make sure to connect via the lens collars (not the camera bodies). Carrying this way will balnace your heavy rigs. A: The box basically comes with the single holster belt but includes the second clip/holster and holster padding which you must assemble. There are no instructions in the box- just a card with the address on their website or YouTube to see instructions/video of how to add the second holster to the belt. Im assuming that they do this so because not everybody has the same size waist so you probably do need to figure out where to put the 2nd holster to fit your specific waist size.
