The blue Leofoto MT-02C Mini Tabletop Travel Tripod is a carbon fiber desktop tripod that provides a quick and efficient way of adjusting the legs into different positions. Instead of knobs or levers, knurled leg locks allow independent leg adjustment. The legs can be set into three different positions: 30°, 60°, and 85°. Leg tension can be adjusted using the provided Allen key. The included LH-22 Mini Ball Head is made of anodized aluminum and offers a 1/4"-20 mounting screw. Combined, the tripod and head offer a 7.9" maximum height and 11 lb load capacity.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Would this head be able to support the Canon R6 Mark II with the 24-105mm F/4 IS lens? Or would I need something sturdier?

A: The Sirui B-00 Series Mini Ball Head (Black) can support the Canon EOS R6 Mark II Mirrorless Camera with the Canon RF 24-105mm f/4 L IS USM Lens.

Q: 2. Does this come with a quick release plate? If not what can you recommend?

A: The QP-144750 Quick Release Plate is well designed and has bidirectional slots and a lock button that make the mounting/unmounting more secure. The description is misleading where it says "Quick Release Systems not included," so I thought that I needed to add the QP-40 Quick Release Plate at $19.95 which is not as well designed as the included plate. You can compare the two plates if you search the Quick Release Systems accessories for this tripod and order extra QP-144750 plate(s) if you want.

Q: 3. What is difference between TT-15B vs. TT-15 Mark II with CB-30D ball head. They look similar to me in terms of load capacity, but TT-15B seems quite cheaper?

A: The TT-15B has an integrated, non-removable ball head which is a simplified version of the CB-30D - it has no Panning Base or Friction Adjustment. The TT-15 M2 comes without a ball head - the CB-30D is an excellent companion ball head for it, but the TT-15 M2 can also be used without a ball head altogether.

Q: 4. Is the ball head removeable?

A: No, the ballhead is not removable on the Ulanzi MT-42 2-in-1 Selfie Stick and Mini Tripod with Ball Head.

Q: 5. Can the ball head be removed or is it permanently attached?

A: On the TT-15B model, the ball head cannot be removed. If you want to be able to remove it, I recommend the regular TT-15 with the CB-30D ball head - this is basically what you are looking for.

Q: 6. Are the clamp & plate Arca-Swiss compatible?

A: Yes the plate is Arca - Swiss compatible.

Q: 7. Can this head be used with an L Plate/Bracket?

A: Robert, It takes Arca Swiss plates. If the L bracket is Arca Swiss compatible it should fit. Just remember the weight capacity of this head is 11LBS

Q: 8. What is the diameter of the ball?

A: The ball diameter is approximately 30mm.

Q: 9. What is its loading weight capacity?

A: The Lefoto BV-1R can support up to 6.6lbs.

Q: 10. Does it offer true fluid damping in the pan direction, or just a pivot with a lock screw?

A: The Leofoto Mini Fluid Head (B&H# LEBV1R) offers a friction-drag based system in particular (rather than a fluid-based drag system) albeit with what is generically classified as fluid movement. While this does place it in the fluid head category, it does not have a fluid cartridge associated with the pan axis, which was the subject of your question. Please note, however, that it is also not just a simple pivot with a lock screw. Rather, panning movement is friction-damped.
