Q: 7. hi I just bought this trigger ( impact power trigger) and is not working... I have a canon 6d and have put the transmitter on the hot shoe of the camera and the red light has not light up even though i tried the 16 channels. the equipment is new so I may say the battery is new too... the connection in the impact vsd 160 monolight is ok... could it be a problem on the camera? A: I had the same difficulties with my trigger. I sent it back to the manufacturer and they said they could not find anything wrong with it. I did try I few things to troubleshoot it including the battery but it still didnt work. Impact said they would ask B&H to refund me.
