Q: 9. How do I set up with the stand? I got the backdrop open but I'm not sure how to attach it to the stand.

A: setup stand and boom arm to desired position set and slide the two pinch-clamps into position for either a horizontal or vertical backdrop installation set and forget. Would suggest a sandbag if being used outdoors.

Q: 10. What would be the ideal stand/clamp selection for this?

A: I basically just lean the backdrop against the wall for all location shoots.

I use this backdrop for head shots, either black or white side out, or with a marble draped over it. I like that it blocks light from coming from behind the subject. It's easier than I thought it would be to fold and fits right back in the carrying case. Good product, good price. 5

Such a great product. I am very happy with it. I got 2 collapsible backgrounds to have more control over my light and to have the opportunity to create a smal studio anywhere I go. 5

If you need an inexpensive collapsible background, that you can throw in the car and pop upo to create a supperb backing for headshots, this is an ideal item! I woud say that the only downside that this particular background suffers from, is a generic one... the requirement to practice getting the darned thing folded back down again... but we ALL suffer fom this until we watch a few YouTube videos! I reckon that this was a good deal and it will keep me in headshot work for some time hopefully. 5

stands on its own, can be clamped easily, not dark black or white-white, easy to move and rotate in small studio setting 5

The background collapses to store and transport when you want to de-clutter your image and emphasize the subject. It can serve as a reflector. It takes a bit of practice to fold up, but there are videos you can find to teach you how to collapse it. A few tries and it will become second nature. If you have only a small space to work in, this background is particularly handy. 5

This is black and white on each side. It folds easily, but if you don't want creases, then don't fold it. A well made piece of equipment. 5
