There are vent holes inside the leg tubes that ensure efficient air inflow and exhaust when pulling or pushing back the leg tubes in order to extend and fold the tripod swiftly and smoothly.

Sealed twist locks effectively prevent water, sand, or dust from entering the locks and the tubes.

The hollowed out tripod apex provides high-quality carbon fiber tubes, ensuring the tripod is easily carried on the road.

The counterweight hook under the apex allows you to hang a bag or backpack to further stabilize the tripod in windy conditions.

Carbon leg tube diameters of 1.5/1.4/1.3/1.1" ensuring stable support.

3-leg angle stops at 23, 55, and 85°.

Rubber feet provides stability on smooth surfaces and protects the floor it is on from scratches.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Does this tripod come with spikes for the feet?

A: This model does not include Spike tips for the legs. The complete catalog is located on the product page down the right column, look for the MAC 3 collection that includes the spiked tips.

Q: 2. Is the center column removable?

A: Yes, the center column on the Benro TAD28CB2 Series 2 Adventure Carbon Fiber Tripod with B2 Ball Head is removable.

Q: 3. Can anyone what temperature ranges this tripod can be sued in? The printed warranty states that is covered only to 70 degrees fahrenheit. Surely that can't be correct. My living room is warmer than that.

A: I've had it exposed to temperatures ranging from 2 degrees to 45 degrees Celsius. That's about 35 to 118 Fahrenheit. Though I know it's been stored in places where it gets up to 48-60 Celsius. No problems so far.

Q: 4. What kind of L Bracket can I use with this Tripod? I have a 5DMIV also

A: I'm using the Really Right Stuff L Brackets for my 5DMIV and my Panasonic GH5. They work very well. The only thing you have to do to make the RRS brackets work with the Gitzo ball head is remove the small silver safety screw on the top of the ball head. It's a Gitzon unique screw that is unique to the Gitzo mounting plate and is unnecessary for the RRS bracket and prevents it from attaching to the ball head.

Q: 5. What ate the wrench sizes included with the tripod?

A: Gitzo does not list the wrench size the Gitzo GT1545T Series 1 Traveler Carbon Fiber Tripod with Center Ball Head uses. This is the links for them, https://bhpho.to/3qVdBz1 and https://bhpho.to/3OXK8wi.

Q: 6. Made in Chine?

A: According to our records, the K&F Concept Professional Carbon Fiber Tripod with Monopod & Ball Head (70") is made in China. Please note that this information is subject to change at any time.

Q: 7. What's the difference between Gitzo Series 0, 1 and 2?

A: The numbering system refers to the diameter of the tripod legs, 0 being the smallest, 1 being larger and 2 being the largest.

Q: 8. What is the folded length without the ball-head attached?

A: Unfortunately, the manufacturer only publishes the closed length with the head attached which is 23.3 inches.

Q: 9. Do the legs lay flat to the surface. I did not see a picture where they are splayed out or the tripod is on the ground?

A: The K&F Concept Professional Carbon Fiber Tripod with Monopod & Ball Head (70") has a minimum working height of 21.3 inches.

Q: 10. Does this item include the ball head?

A: Yes.
