Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will the 7L fit a Sony FE 200-600 attached to Sony a7cr?

A: The 200-600mm lens is 12.6" long, and the sling bag is 13.5, so a lens that long will not fit attached to a camera. However, the 7L sling bag will easily fit a Sony camera attached to either a 70-200mm 2.8 or 100-400mm.

Q: 2. Will it fit Canon 5D MkIII?

A: Yes it certainly will

Q: 3. What are the interior dimensions?

A: Under the specs tab on our website it lists; Interior Dimensions 7 x 13.5 x 4.5" / 17.78 x 34.29 x 11.43 cm

Q: 4. Hi, I'd like to know if this bag fits a Canon R6 mark II + 3 RF lenses, the 24mm f1.8, the 50mm f 1.8 and the 85mm f2 ?

A: Yes, the Tenba Solstice Sling Bag will be able to hold the body and the three lenses.

Q: 5. Does anyone know what those small strap/loops on the back of the slingbag are for? Do they serve any purpose?

A: They are mostly decorative, but can be used to attach extras like a rain jacket or a cap so that you don't have to carry them in your hands. You will need some small attachment ties or something similar to do that.

Q: 6. Would the 7L fit an R5 with RF 100-500 attached?

A: Yes Tenba Solstice Sling Bag (7L, Black) is compatible with Canon R5 with RF 100-500 attached.

Q: 7. Is Version 2.0 or 1.0?

A: The Pakt Travel Backpack (Forest, 45L) is version 2.0.

Q: 8. Will this sling hold a 7D2 or 6D with grips and 24-105 mounted and a 70-200 F4L?

A: You could just get the body with 24-105mm attached in there. No way it will take body and 70-200mm attached, and with the grip attached, forget about it altogether.

Q: 9. Will Nikon Z8 with attached 600mm f6.3 S fit and also have space for Nikon 20mm f1.8 S?

A: For that combination, instead of the Tenba Solstice V2 Sling Bag (Gray, 12L), we recommend the Tenba Solstice V2 Sling Bag (Gray, 16L), B&H # TESV216LSBGY.

Q: 10. Does the 7L has the waist strap like the 10L? Intend to use this on the bike and waist strap is crucial to keep it steady.

A: Smaller bags like this generally do not have a waist strap--this one doesn't have one.

Great bag that doesn’t look like a camera bag. This replaces a holster-style bag I used to use when traveling. I have a Canon 5D Mark IV with a Peak Design Dual Plate mounted in the tripod mount. Fits, just barely (see pix) with either the 24-70 f/2.8 II or 16-35 f/2.8 II with hoods reversed. The bag is long enough to fit with hoods in the shooting position, but the 5D is too fat, and the edges of the bag are slightly narrower than the middle; so the bag won’t close if the hoods are not reversed.

The bag is great for everyday day use. Its a light travel bag where you can take a mirrorless camera and 1 or 2 lenses, some extra batteries, spare SD cards, and youre set to go!

I carry in it my Fuji X-T1 (with a large hand grip), a 23mm 1.4 lens, and a 56 1.2 lens. I could possibly fit another small lens in there, such as a small prime.

Thanks to its shape and ease of handling, its a very discreet and easy to carry, and it makes you want to take it everywhere. I have been able to get some great captures of my friends and family, where I normally wouldnt want to inconvenience myself carrying a camera bag to such everyday events.

This bag looks sleek and is lightweight and functional. It is well made, with consideration put into pocket and divider placements, straps, materials, gear protection, and comfort.

All those basics are solid, so now we can talk about whats really important: how much stuff does this bag hold?

I have cameras both big and small, and this bag is definitely better suited at carrying the small cameras. My Fujifilm X-T3 easily fits with a lens on, and three extra small lenses in the bag is pushing it but possible. Small lenses like the XF 2/50, XF 1.4/35, and so on. As lenses get larger, of course the bag can hold fewer of them, but they still fit. The large XF 2/90 fits, but when mounted to the camera itll use up most the bag and youll only have space for one more lens.

I also shoot frequently with a Leica M3 and the 50mm Summicron and 35mm Summaron, and the bag is more than plenty big for that system, including all the film I need for a day and my light meter, with room to spare.

If youre shooting medium format, your rangefinders will fit in the bag, but MF SLRs will barely fit, and with only then a small lens attached and no second lens.

Overall, if you like to run fast and light with your camera gear, this is a great option.
