A: This can only hold the cam. Suitable for wide. If you need to stabilise, buy one with dual grip.

A: Yes and No. Without a battery grip attached, my 5Ds with 24-70 f4 and hood will fit in lower compartment. The 24-105 is 25mm longer and would not fit with hood. You would have to reverse the hood every time before stowing. The 70-200 f2.8 fits in the upper compartment with hood reversed, no room with body attached though. Still room for filters and extender. Hence the yes and No.
