Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Does this fit on Sony A7r + 70-200 MM lens?

A: While you can fit a Sony A7R and a FE 70-200mm f/4 G OSS Lens in this rain sleeve, it would be too large. A better size would be the LensCoat RainCoat RS (Rain Sleeve) (Medium, Black) B&H # LELCRSMBK. Please see the image below for reference.

Q: 2. The most helpful critical review noted, " When viewing through them, if you don't keep the eye cups tight to your eyes and your head perfectly perpendicular to the eye pieces, you get some blur around the bottom of the lens." Is this a problem if you are a prescription spectacle wearer?

A: I have never found that to be an issue with the Vortex 8x42 Diamondback HD Binoculars BH #VO8X42DHDB • MFR #DB-214. You may want to check this concise review: https://www.binocularsguru.com/vortex-diamondback-8x42-review/

Q: 3. Is there an adapter to attach a micro four third camera to this Vortex razor scope?

A: Yes you can get the Novagrade T-Mount Digiscoping Adapter, with the Opticron T-Mount for Micro Four Thirds Cameras. Website link to 1st Adapter: https://bhpho.to/2uNMnLgWebsite link to 2nd Adapter: https://bhpho.to/2gLzGZ3

Q: 4. What tripod adapter fits these binoculars?

A: The Vortex 15x56 Diamondback HD Binocular comes with the Vortex Uni-Daptor Binocular Tripod Adapter. No additional adapter is needed. If one wishes to use a different one, one can use one with a 1/4"-20 Binocular Mount.

Q: 5. can you change the eye piece?

A: The eyepiece unscrews and is easy to remove, but there are no other eyepieces that can be used with this scope (i.e. there's no wide field eyepiece for digiscoping)

Q: 6. Will this work with D750 and Sigma 150-600 lens?

A: Yes, the LensCoat RainCoat Large Sleeve (Black) would be compatible for use with the Nikon D750 DSLR camera and both the larger Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Sports Lens for Nikon F and the smaller Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Contemporary Lens for Nikon F.

Q: 7. Can use it with canon 1dx and 70-200 lens ?

A: Hello Caroline,I have not opened the box as I use Aqua Tech rain covers and bought these light weight covers to quickly put them on to avoid champgne damage for celebrations. But I am fairly sure the Lg is for a 300 2.8 or similar. The Med would fit your 70-200. Beware these are not full coverage for your body like Aqua Tech and using them in rain where you have your camera on your shoulder it does not offer much protection. Hope this is helpful. Rusty Jarrett

Q: 8. will this fit a Canon 7Dii with either ef300f/2.8 or ef100-400ii mounted on a wimberley side kick gimbol ?

A: Yes the rain cover will fit both lenses on camera perfectly. The cover is design with a Velcro patch to allow connection between the camera and the tripod head. If you are using Wimberley side kick gimbal you can just turn the Velcro patch to the side that work more comfortably for you.

Q: 9. Will this fit a Canon 5D Mark III with a 400mm f2.8 lens attached?

A: Julia, I too have a Canon EOS 5D Mark III. I do not have a 400mm f2.8 lens. However, the RainCoat Rain Sleeve will fit my Mark III with my Sigma 150-600mm 1:5-6.3, zoomed out to 600mm, with room left over.

Q: 10. What's the difference between regular, Max 4, and Max 5?

A: Max 4 and Max 5 are two popular camouflage patterns designed by RealTree. Max 4 is a well established, popular pattern which we have been selling for many years. Max 5 is a newer pattern which also includes some green leaf elements. Both are great all round camouflage patterns.
